Prior to moving to the Pensacola area, Marny was in business in the Baltimore-Washington-Northern Virginia marketplace for over 25 years, working in consulting for 5 years, and in banking for 22 years.
In the Maryland-DC Northern Virginia area, Marny was the Regional Managing Principal for the Capital Region of Right Management Consultants, Inc., an international career transition and human resources consulting firm. Marny played a key role during a difficult economic period within a prior bank, directing a team of loan specialists to minimize charge-offs, while convening a task force to redefine the role of all lenders within the bank.
